- Promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Promotional codes are valid for one transaction per person and cannot be used on multiple accounts
- Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively to previous orders
- If returning an item purchased using a promotional code, the code used will remain valid if the retained items exceed the threshold required (if a threshold is applicable)

UK and international delivery
All delivery time scales and estimated dates provided are an estimate and not a guarantee. 97% of orders will be delivered in the estimated time frame, however, this is never a guarantee.
Please allow a minimum of 30 days for all UK orders to be delivered and 60 days for international orders to be delivered if not delivered within the estimated time frame.
We aim to keep you informed of any delays where possible and the courier tracking provided will also inform you of any delays.
In the event that your parcel is lost, damaged or unsuccessfully delivered, please contact our customer service team who will reiterate the courier policies to you and assist you in resolving the matter.
Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or refusal to accept deliveries will result in the return fee being deducted from your refund.

BFPO & Mail Forwarding

Return Policy

International Returns
Please note returned products must be packed with a note (document included) stating the goods are returned products. Failure to do this will result in import duties being removed from the amount refunded, at the customers expense. We strongly advise you make it clear that the product is a return.
Restricted Returns
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on underwear purchased on the ZLEEPY® website.
Competitions
When entering a competition you will automatically be accepted into our newsletter for marketing purposes. If you do not want to be in the ZLEEPY® newsletter subscription, you can unsubscribe at any time. All competitions will only accept one entry per person.
