Shipping Method

You can see our shipping rates in the tables below for across the world. If you live outside of the uk, please note that any shipping or import duties are not added onto your order and this is the responsibility of the buyer, so we also recommend that you check with your own countries guidance on import duties if you are unsure. 

We always endevour to dispatch orders on the day they are received excluding Sundays and aim to have them with you within the times quoted below, although on occassion, due to circumstances beyond our control, delivery times could be longer, although likely to be quicker than those quoted.

Subscriptions
All subscription orders are sent via a 2–3 working day Royal Mail service. Refills are timed to arrive just as your current bedding hygiene spray is running low, so you’re never without it.

International Shipping & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside of the UK, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply once your order reaches its destination country.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their cost, as they vary depending on the country and local regulations.

If any charges are due, they must be paid for your parcel to be released by customs. Failure to pay these charges may result in the parcel being returned or held by the courier.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
