Returns Policy
Refunds back to your original payment method are only available if returned within 30 days.
Clothing – The item must be unused and in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging.
Footwear – The item must be in an unused, perfect condition making sure that all packaging is as was originally sent, please do not stick labels onto the product box. We advise trying footwear on a carpeted surface to protect the footwear.
Accessories – All accessories must be in an unused perfect condition with all tags and labels attached in the original packaging.
Non-returnable – ZLEEPY® cannot accept returns on underwear & sleep masks for hygiene reasons.
Please note that ZLEEPY® reserves the right to refuse an item for return if they do not meet the above criteria.
Sleep mask cleaning spray promotion
When a Sleep Mask Cleaning Spray is included free of charge as part of a silk sleep mask promotion, the spray is classed as a complimentary item linked to the sleep mask purchase.
If a silk sleep mask is returned, the complimentary Sleep Mask Cleaning Spray must also be returned unused and unopened.
If the spray is not returned with the sleep mask, the value of the spray (£9.95) will be deducted from the refund amount.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds
We aim to process your refund within 3 working days of the item being returned to us, however please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be returned back to your account through our payment processor.
