Eucalyptus TENCEL™ is made using up to 95% less water, 90% less land, and 40% less energy than cotton. It also doesn’t need pesticides or harsh chemicals, and is produced in a closed-loop system that reuses over 99% of water and solvents.
Even when cotton is grown and made in Europe, it still requires far more water, land, and chemical treatment than our eucalyptus TENCEL™. Eucalyptus grows quickly without the need for irrigation or chemicals, making it one of the most sustainable fibres available in Europe.
