I personally much prefer this wrap around style of sleep mask rather than the frontal type with an elastic strap. The padded and soft silk is comfortable all around the head and eyes, and it is very good at blocking out any wayward light.

It is very lightweight and arrives in a nice box, so is good for gifting.

There is a carry pouch in order to stor the mask in for travel.

This sleep mask comes beautifully packaged and appears to be of a great quality. The silk feels soft and comfortable to wear.

The first time I wore it the mask kept on riding up when I moved around in my sleep, however I found that this was because the Velcro strip at the back was quite stiff, once I wore it in (and the Velcro flexed to fit my head better) the mask stayed put all night.

This mask blocks out the light completely and I like that it is cushioned for extra comfort. It comes with a little bag to store it in too. I think it is good value for the quality you get and would recommend 🙂

A very comfortable way to create complete darkness for rest, it improve my sleep during lighter evenings and the full wrap design blocks out every bit of light without feeling tight or heavy. The silk is very soft against the skin and feels gentle through the night with no creasing or irritation.

The fit adjusts easily and moulds around the face which makes it suitable whether you sleep on your side or back. I used it for a week and noticed it stays in place well without sliding off which is something I struggled with when using standard elastic strap masks. The material also feels cool and breathable so it never builds up heat during long sleep.

The shape leaves space around the eyes so there is no pressure on lashes. It folds up neatly into the included pouch which makes it great for travel or quick naps on trains or planes. A soft and well made mask that offers total darkness and a cosy feel for better rest.

I'm a big fan of sleep masks and have tried many styles over the years with mixed results, but this wrap-style silk mask is definitely one of the best I've used.

It feels high-end from the moment you open the packaging: the presentation and the quality of the silk are both excellent. Would make a fantastic gift option.

At £34.95 (price at time of review), it is on the premium side, but in my opinion the quality reflects the price.

This beautifully made, one size, ZLEEPY Black Silk Sleep Mask, is presented in a quality box within a pull out tray, once you have removed the tissue it is swathed in, you immediately feel the quality.

The deep mask is generously but gently padded with a tab at the back to peel back the closure. At first I was concerned the closure 'method' might easily damage the silk if not aligned properly, but it is of a type I have not seen before and although at first it appears like a standard 'Velcro', hook and loop system, it isn't. It is a similar method, but more gentle, not so vicious. However, do still handle with care as this is a luxury product. It also comes with a protective draw string pouch, which is handy when travelling.

The tab on the mask states 100% Silk - hand wash only - cold water only - PH Neutral Detergent and shows all the cleaning symbols. It is a 'wraparound' design and is secured across the back by the 4.5" overlapping closure. Take your time to find the perfect position and closure for you. Mine stays in place and is gentle on my eyes with no weight or pressure. If you have eyelash extensions or sleep with fashionably voluminous false eyelashes, you will probably know if you could wear a mask like this!

I am mostly a back sleeper, I use silk pillowcases too; which are so gentle on the skin and hair, just like this mask is. It is suitable for men and women and it also completely blocks out the light, which is a real bonus for those with such sensitivities.

At £34.95, this is more expensive than other brands offering less luxurious, lower quality fabrics and basic designs. However, you will know if this mask is for you or suitable as a gift for a loved one. I am thrilled to have this, it is absolutely gorgeous!
